As it is said, 2016 is going to be very critical, digital marketing wise. So, in order to adapt, companies have to make sure their websites are modern and competitive.
The major trends mentioned during the webinar are:
-simple segmentation : reaching customers you know
- use big brands as agents
- marketing automation (ex: through email)
- Google's implication in digital marketing 
- better direct booking (ex: on facebook)
- real time messaging 
- creating visually compelling stories that convert
- consistency in storytelling
- use of facebook app
- video clips for an emotional connection

What were the benefits of the webinar:
- very interactive, like following a real conference
- lots of different ideas, all very clever and relevant

If I were to organize a webinar, how would it be different ?
I would maybe ask all participants to follow a certain type of presentation so the listener is not lost. Moreover, the questions were only allowed at the end of the webinar. It would be more clever to allow 5 minutes after each session/participant's speech so people can react directly.
